WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gibraltar Associates, LLC, a leading public relations and public affairs firm, today announced that it has combined with McBee Strategic Consulting, LLC, a top advisory company that represents global corporations, growth companies and institutional investors. The deal, which became effective January 1, 2013, makes Gibraltar the strategic communications business unit of McBee Strategic.
The division, known as McBee|Gibraltar, is being led by Gibraltar co-founder and CEO, Eric Bovim, who will report directly to McBee Strategic President and CEO, Steve McBee, in the role of Managing Director. Thomas J. Pernice, Gibraltar co-founder and Chairman, serves in the newly created role of Senior Advisor, and remains based in Los Angeles where he will work closely with Steve McBee on the company’s cross-enterprise business development and will continue to provide high level advice and counsel to the McBee|Gibraltar business division.
All of Gibraltar’s Washington-based professionals have relocated to McBee’s Washington, DC headquarters at 455 Massachusetts Avenue, NW.
