Now when customers pay with the Tabbedout app, merchants get access to customer preferences, two-way feedback and offers capability

AUSTIN, Texas--()--Tabbedout, the free mobile payment app for iPhone and Android that allows consumers to open, view and pay tabs with their phones, has announced a customer relationship management (CRM) solution that gives merchants the information and tools they need--like access to customer preferences, the ability to send and track offers, and instant management of guest feedback--to provide the best guest experience possible. Tabbedout rolls up all of the data into one easy-to-understand dashboard that allows merchants to see the performance and value of offers programs, which can be accessed on any mobile device.

Tabbedout has been enabling consumers to open, view and pay tabs securely from their phones since 2010 through deep software integrations with all of the major hospitality point-of-sale (POS) providers. This means customers are safe from the threat of stolen payment information due to lost or forgotten cards and can open and pay their tab without handing over their payment information to a server.

The CRM product allows merchants to respond as soon as they receive the feedback. Plus, merchants have the option to attach a special offer to smooth over a negative experience or thank someone for their positive comments.
  • Reach and Reward with Offers
    Merchants can segment and target their customer base however they want, whether it’s to send an offer to reward loyal customers or engage first time or lapsed customers. The Tabbedout CRM solution tracks sent and redeemed in-app offers so merchants always have an up-to-date snapshot of performance and sales.
