Lambert has joined as a Managing Director in the San Francisco office. Following six years of distinguished service as a US Navy Officer, Mr. Lambert began his business career with PepsiCo, where he held several senior HR leadership positions. Following Pepsi, he has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for three public corporations as well as Managing Partner with two global retained executive search firms. Most recently, Mr. Lambert served as the global head of Human Resources and Leadership for Patagonia. Prior to joining Diversified Search, Mr. Lambert served as the founder and managing partner of Lambert Consulting Partners Inc., a Southern California based human capital strategy firm. Mr. Lambert holds a M.A. degree in Finance from Webster University and a B.S. in Environmental Science and Geography from Arizona State University.
