HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pinnacle Asset Integrity Services (PinnacleAIS), the leading provider of services and technology specializing in improving asset integrity for the oil and gas, chemical, and mining industries, announced today that it has been working to enhance the current inspection and reliability program at Husky Energy’s refinery in Lima, Ohio since late last year.
While Pinnacle began work on a pilot unit to iron out workflow inefficiencies, the implementation process is now continuing through the rest of the facility. The two primary goals of the project include converting the facility’s Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) from PCMS® to Capstone RBMI® while simultaneously implementing a Risk Based Inspection (RBI) program by utilizing the Capstone RBMI® software. Both goals aim at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection work at both a site and corporate level, thereby enhancing inspection data quality and personnel safety and effectiveness.

The implementation timeline has been tentatively scheduled at three years from start to finish, but exact dates have yet to be set.
