Fulton House is a 16-story, 104 home association situated on a juncture of the Chicago River known as Wolf Point. Built in 1898 by Frank Abbott as a 15-story warehouse structure, the building was converted to a cold storage warehouse in 1908 with an addition of a section to the north and a 16th floor. The building's fame came from the conversion as a residential building by American architect Harry Weese from 1979 to 1981.
