FLINT, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alumni and friends of the Kettering University/GMI Southeast Michigan Chapter will gather Tuesday, May 15, for its annual event and networking reception from 5:30-9 p.m. at the San Marino Club, 1685 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Mich.
Bonnie McArthur, senior advancement officer at Kettering University, invites Southeast Michigan professionals to this evening of interacting and conversation with Kettering/GMI alumni and friends. "Bring your business cards, small business brochures and resumes to share," McArthur said. "This is an opportunity to rub shoulders with successful Kettering entrepreneurs.”
A highlight of the evening will be a presentation by Dr. Patrick Atkinson, Kettering professor and crash safety expert, who will share the latest research in this field. There will also be an update on the University and the presentation of Bob Wolforth Scholarships to four talented Kettering students.
Cost of the evening is $30 per person and includes hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks. A cash bar will be available.
