Go Online Destinations (Headquarters: Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia; CEO: Davy Makimian), an operator of hotel booking websites in Indonesia, launching the grand opening of 'PegiPegi' (http://www.pegipegi.com), a domestic hotel booking website within Indonesia.
Further, through its subsidiary, Recruit Global Incubation Partners Co., Ltd., RECRUIT entered an agreement to contribute capital to PT. Go Online Destinations, along with PT. Alternative Media Group (Headquarters: Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia; CEO: Davy Makimian; hereafter "AMG") and PT. ALTAVINDO (Headquarters: Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia; CEO: Kevin Yaphon Sanjoto).

'PegiPegi' is a website operated
by PT. Go Online Destinations where users can make online hotel
reservations within Indonesia.
RECRUIT licensed system technologies
to PT. Go Online Destinations and plans to contribute capital to the
company through its subsidiary, Recruit Global Incubation Partners Co.,
Ltd. Along with future joint shareholders AMG, which operates a digital
signage business in Indonesia and PT. ALTAVINDO, which provides payment
settlement services, RECRUIT aims to establish the largest hotel booking
website in Indonesia, leveraging its strengths in attracting customers,
systems and sales.
