Haldex (STO:HLDX) reorganizes the company into a functional organization, effective immediately. The Group Management will be extended to include Business Development and Global Sourcing & Logistics functions.
Haldex’s new functional organization will reduce complexity and optimize the processes through the entire value chain, from R&D to the final customer product. Effective immediately, the new functional organization will replace the present two business unit structure of Air Controls and Foundation Brake.
The Group Management will reflect the organizational change and will include the new functions of Business Development and Global Sourcing & Logistics.
Paul Bale will take the new position as SVP, Business Development. Paul joined the Haldex Group in 2000 and has held several senior-level management positions within the company. Paul has a comprehensive knowledge of our products and markets.
Bjarne Lindblad will take the new position as SVP, Global Sourcing & Logistics. Bjarne brings almost 10 years of relevant experience within Haldex and has held several vice president positions in the controlling and purchasing functions within the company.
