Lawson, an internationally recognized lawyer specializing in corporate governance, bribery and corruption, compliance, indemnification, and directors and officers and fund management insurance, has joined the Boston office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. as a member in the Litigation Section.
Most recently a partner in Chadborne & Parke’s London office, Ms. Lawson has a global practice focused on advising companies, private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices, investment banks and other investment advisors, and their senior executives on identifying risks, and protecting against those risks.

Ms. Lawson's experience includes significant work in connection with the UK Bribery Act as well as numerous mediations on insurance related issues and a six month secondment at The Financial Services Authority in London, England, focusing on regulatory matters.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Lawson spent nine years in the insurance industry in claims, sales and underwriting and earned the distinguished Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. A frequent speaker and writer, she is an elected member of Forum UK, an invitation-only network of 200+ of the UK’s top women leaders.
