LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Just-Eat, the world’s largest online takeaway ordering service, has acquired Fillmybelly.com, the UK’s third biggest provider of online takeaway. The deal consolidates Just-Eat’s position as the UK’s leading online ordering service for takeaway restaurants.
Founded in 2007, and based in Nottingham, Fillmybelly.com has 1,400 restaurant partners across the UK. Bertie Cordingley, Fillmybelly.com founder and owner, will continue to lead the day to day operations of the business.

The Fillmybelly.com deal is the ninth acquisition Just-Eat has made since the beginning of 2011. Just-Eat now partners with over 11,000 restaurants in the UK alone.
