DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples Receives Top Hospitality Awards

Among the Top 10 Hotels in the world…again

NAPLES, Fla.--()--Guest Services, Inc. announced that the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples has received top hotel performance awards again from Hilton Worldwide for 2011. The 101-suite upscale hotel in Southwest Florida received its 8th prestigious Connie Award – which is awarded to the best overall performing DoubleTree by Hilton property amongst more than 300 hotels and resorts in 29 countries. The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples is the only hotel in the brand’s history that has received this distinction this many times, making it the most honored DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in the world. The hotel also received the Food & Beverage Award of Excellence, the Housekeeping Award of Excellence, and the Annual Pride Award, which has been achieved and shared by the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples for the past 12 years.

The Pride Award is presented to the Top 10 hotels based on guest loyalty and satisfaction and brand consistency, which the Naples team has achieved every year since the hotel opened. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples won The Housekeeping Award of Excellence for the second time. A new achievement was Excellence in Food and Beverage, presented to the hotel with the highest guest satisfaction scores reflecting overall dining experience, helpfulness of staff, quality of food, menu variety for all meals, timeliness and quality of room service and food and beverage services for group meetings.
