STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cint, the global provider of smart market insight solutions, is pleased to announce a number of strategic partners connecting to the online platform, Cint OpinionHUB which builds and offers access to panel groups for the purposes of data gathering or sampling. Media outlets, publishers and community groups come to Cint to learn more about their own networks as well as to create a stronger link to their audience.
The newest partnerships in collaboration with Nepa, the Swedish online market research tracking specialists, are instrumental in making Cint the emergent leader in this region. One of the panels is Tudou, the 14th largest site in China ranked 49th on the Alexa internet ranking site.
Additionally, STAR TV Network, part of the Rupert Murdoch News Media Corporation in India, is now hosted in the Cint OpinionHUB platform. Satellite Television Asian Region (STAR) reaches nearly 400 million people every week which equates roughly to one in three Indians. This panel comes to Cint’s platform with over 80,000 engaged panelists and continues to multiply.
“These two partners will not only expand our supply reach within the Asia-Pacific market but it also validates that the Cint panel platform, Engage, is ideal for media outlets to garner a deeper understanding of their visitor, viewer and user base,” notes Sandy Casey SVP of Supply at Cint.
Anand Shiv, Senior VP of Consumer Insights at STAR TV explains, “Putting the viewer at the heart of the business, we have added an additional method to collect high quality market data in a secure and fast manner. With our wide network of channels and websites, we have been empowered to create a wide ranging panel base. The panel allows us to conduct large-scale market research projects and audience segmentation studies with our research partner, Nepa.”
Richard Thornton, Global Sales and Operations Director of Cint comments further, “The data collection industry has faced many challenges within the APAC region, not just in finding survey respondents, but also quality respondents to be more specific. Star TV and Tudou allow Cint to fulfill these unmet needs by joining the Cint OpinionHUB platform and give our global client base access to high quality, engaged consumers for research.”
Borders, a Japanese research technology firm, recently joined Cint’s insight marketplace and has continued to grow; now totaling more than 605,000 Japanese panelists. This partnership also led to the opening of a Cint office in Tokyo late last year. Additionally, Research Panel Asia, with several niche specialty groups such as B2B, adds 355,000 active respondents to OpinionHUB.
