The workshops will spotlight how organizations can reduce costs, streamline their mail, information and records management processes as well as implement programs that promote environmental sustainability. As an example, one session focuses on improving quality control in mail center operations. This year’s conference takes place in Washington DC April 15 – 18 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Mr. James P.
