Catena’s (STO:CATE) nomination committee proposes the election of Lars Wennberg of PwC as the company’s new auditor until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2015. Lars is a certified auditor and partner at PwC since 1993 with extensive experience of listed companies in the real estate industry. Lars Wennberg succeeds Jan Malm of KPMG AB as principal auditor for the company.
Catena’s nomination committee consists of Henry Klotz, representing CLS Holdings plc., Christian Hahne, representing Erik Selin Fastigheter AB, Tomas Anderson representing Peab AB with Bo Jansson representing Skandia Liv as committee Chairman. The nomination committee is convened by the Chairman of the board Henry Klotz.
