MyVu improves the quality of the customer self-installation process by presenting the end user via a TV portal with a step by step guide to certify a successful self-install. Combined with enhanced tracking of new installations, the MyVu TV portal reduces unnecessary Help Desk calls and dispatches in support of the “self install.”
FieldVu enables field technicians to achieve higher levels of installation proficiency by enabling a stress test of the end-to-end installation and the automatic certification of the installation configuration.
