LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A Place in The Sun Live 2012 will provide visitors with tips and information on every aspect of finding the perfect home overseas and many experts will be available to give advice, including property agents and financial advisors.
Hosted by Channel 4 presenters Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin, the three day event will be packed full of top tips for setting up a home abroad. Located in West London, Earls Court exhibition centre is within close proximity of Millennium & Copthorne’s three hotels in Kensington.
The main stage at this year’s show, sponsored by MBI Consulting, will feature the Channel 4 presenters giving hot tips on buying abroad. The stage will also host interviews with other experts, including Digital Property Group’s Nigel Lewis and comedy sketches from Harry Hill’s TV Burp, Ryan Philpott.
The event has four country themed villages. The French Village, in association with French-Property.com and sponsored by Halo Financial, will offer a dedicated seminar theatre, where experts will be on hand to help visitors to locate the perfect French property. The Portuguese Pavilion will showcase properties from the Algarve and the Silver and Green Coasts, and will be hosted by experts from the Portuguese Property Industry. The Florida Pavilion will offer a collection of licensed realtors of properties from both coasts of Florida and it will also host legal advisors and rental experts. The Italian Pavilion, in association with the Italian Chamber of Commerce, will be home to a selection of agents and developers from Italy, and the seminar area will offer advice on buying and the Italian tax system.
Other highlights of the event include the Buying Advice Seminar Theatre, sponsored by homeaway.co.uk, where visitors can get advice on buying properties in Spain, Portugal, Turkey and more. Emigration seminars will also take place for those looking to relocate permanently.
