Sponsored by Circuits Assembly magazine, the Service Excellence Awards honors companies that excel in the crucial area of customer service. The program functions as a way for participants, who are electronics manufacturing services providers or electronics assembly suppliers, to see how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction. Companies are evaluated by their own customers on dependability, quality, responsiveness, technology, and value for price. This is the 8th time in 9 years that Nordson ASYMTEK has won this award.
