(OTCBB: IRYS) (“iTrackr” or the “Company”), an e-commerce and social media software and services company, today announced that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary RespondQ™ has expanded in Latin America. The company signed a distribution agreement with TechsiMark, a reseller based in Mexico City, to market their RespondQ™ chat technology platform, products and services throughout the region. In conjunction with this expansion, the Company brought on Eduard “Eddie” Kotlyarov, Jr., a seasoned international sales professional to head their International Sales division which will focus on the TechsiMark contract in addition to others.

Eddie Kotlyarov has extensive experience in international sales, as well as initiating and coordinating strategic marketing campaigns for the Latin-American community. Mr. Kotyarov attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida where he earned a B.A. in International Relations, a B.S. in International Communications, and M.B.A. in International Business and a M.S. in Mass Communication & Marketing. He is fluent in English, Spanish and conversational in French and Russian.
