This new generation of products will offer unprecedented performance and efficiency.
The new product portfolio includes the Relion series rack-mounted servers, Icebreaker series storage solutions and Niveus series workstations. With these new products technical and scientific users will achieve a higher simulation throughput, getting more work done in less time.
Some of the performance benefits of the new processor line over the previous generation of CPUs include the following:
- AVX instructions for higher computational throughput
- Support for the third generation PCI-E architecture for higher I/O bandwidth
