NetScout Skis for Special Olympics’ Celebrity Winterfest for Fifth Consecutive Year

Company to Host Opening Dinner Reception; Employees to Compete in Special Ski Event in Support of Over 17,000 Athletes with Developmental Disabilities

WESTFORD, Mass.--()--NetScout® Systems, Inc. today announced its participation in the Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada Celebrity Winterfest to be held March 2-4, 2012, in Incline Village, Nevada. In addition to providing a corporate ski team for the fifth consecutive year, NetScout is hosting the opening “Let the Games Begin” dinner reception on Friday where the corporate teams will meet celebrity skiers and Special Olympics athletes, while guests will have an opportunity to bid on silent auction packages. On Saturday, March 3, the team of eight NetScout employees will participate in the Celebrity Winterfest Giant Slalom Ski Race, competing against other participating companies in a fun-filled event at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Each corporate team, along with a celebrity skier and special athlete, will be racing in support of the over 17,000 individuals across Northern California and Nevada diagnosed with developmental disabilities.

Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada is a free year-round sports training and competition program for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
