Synygy to Invest in Global Facilities

CHESTER, Pa.--()--Synygy, the largest and most experienced provider of sales compensation management and other sales performance management solutions, today announced several moves aimed at expanding its global facilities and enhancing the company’s ability to service its clients in North America, Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC).

“The expected continued rapid pace of growth in all regions of our business globally has necessitated the making of several significant investments in the company’s future,” said Mark A. Stiffler, Synygy president and CEO. “I’m pleased that we are able to combine my passion for historical preservation and adaptive reuse with our need for global expansion.”

Synygy’s recently completed and in-process investments include:

  • the extension of the lease at the world headquarters, located in a 1917-era converted Beaux Arts style power plant along the Delaware River in Pennsylvania, though 2022
  • the upgrading of the professional services and Western U.S. sales office in the historic “Old Town” area of Scottsdale, Arizona
  • the doubling of capacity and the relocation of the European software development organization in downtown Iasi, Romania to a newly constructed building on an historical site directly overlooking the Palace of Culture and the newly restored former Garden of the Royal Court
  • the creation of a European data center, also in Iasi
  • the relocation and significant expansion of the professional services and EMEA sales office in Bucharest, Romania, which is located in what was a former agricultural machinery factory
  • the establishment of a new EMEA sales office in a riverfront redevelopment project in Cologne, Germany, just south of the city’s historic area
  • the relocation and expansion of the APAC sales office to a newly renovated, historic ‘shophouse’ in the Orchard Road area of downtown Singapore
