SPCA International Launches New Web Site and Logo

Mission Continues Assisting Animals Globally in Times of Disaster and Crisis

NEW YORK--()--SPCA International (www.spcai.org ), a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing animal suffering and abuse internationally, has launched an updated Web site at www.spcai.org. Much of the re-design effort was aimed at better conveying the reality of animal disaster crises around the world in hopes of helping draw attention to critical areas. Whether showing the recent work of SPCA International staff in places like Thailand where they are currently responding animals needs in the aftermath of devastating flooding or showing the their work on behalf of U.S. troops’ dogs in the Middle East, the site is now designed to draw in, engage and educate SPCA International supporters like never before.

“We know in today’s instant communications environment, our Web site needs to be a platform that communicates not only our standard program work, but also showcases the real-life rescue work we’re accomplishing in very difficult environments. We want our supporters to see the work and results we achieve through their support,” said Stephanie Scott of SPCA International. “We are will be offering more real-time communications which are possible today thanks to improved Web technologies. We know that information distribution is critical so that our supporters know where their help is needed most.”

SPCA International specializes in assisting animals in areas of conflict and disaster. During times of natural disaster, political turmoil, war and man-made disaster - SPCA International is ready to take action for the protection of animals. Along with partner organizations around the world, we focus on helping in crisis situations where animals are at risk or in danger. From Panama to Thailand, from Iraq and Kuwait to the U.S., relief and rescue efforts by SPCA International’s team will be highlighted on the group’s Web site.
