WiseWindow’s MOBI data powers sentiment index score ranking public U.S. companies

IRVINE, Calif.--()--Today, WiseWindow announced a strategic relationship with Reuters.com, the Web’s leading source of intelligent information for business professionals, to power a real-time sentiment index called Social Pulse that ranks the country’s top publicly-traded companies across six sectors—technology, finance, healthcare, industrial, energy and cyclicals, which rely heavily on business cycles and economic conditions. The index combines the volume and sentiment of a company’s mass online opinions to show how sentiment is shifting in relation to its stock price percentage change.

WiseWindow’s Mass Opinion Business Intelligence™ (MOBI) continuously measures and analyzes millions of online conversations to generate a consumer sentiment score assigned to each company in the index. Updated hourly, the index captures the relative placement of each company based on consumers’ ongoing perceptions; it has also proven to be a leading indicator of corporate revenue and stock performance.
