Taiwan’s DIY and hardware sector is mainly driven by exports. Over the past several decades, the Taiwan DIY and hardware industry has tirelessly dedicated itself to quality improvement and functional innovation, thereby earning the member companies excellent reputations and important roles in the global market. During the past few years, however, mainland China has burgeoned, thus undermining Taiwan’s share of the global DIY and hardware market. Faced with such predicament, the Taiwan DIY and hardware industry has strengthened its innovative ability and vigorously worked to promote an image of excellent quality.
Despite tough times, Taiwan has remained uniquely positioned as the gateway to Asia Pacific, providing convenient access to superior quality products that put vivacity back into consumers’ ever-changing lifestyle. Taiwan’s numerous years of specialized experience and manufacturing flexibility easily open doors to vast business opportunities across the region. With efficient order processing and highly experienced R&D on the island, Taiwan has gained global recognition for originality and innovation. So expect the best selections from Taiwan at this year’s Practical World.
