The board of Cybercom Group (STO:CYBE) has appointed Niklas Flyborg as the new president and CEO. He will take up his position on March 1.
“Niklas Flyborg is a senior manager with extensive experience of the consulting business, in Sweden and internationally, through both growth phases and times of restructuring. We regard his strong leadership and ability to communicate as major assets in the developments that we have initiated at Cybercom,” says Jon Risfelt, board chairman.
Niklas Flyborg started on his career path at Cap Gemini in 1987. From 1994 he held leading positions in Swedish and international IT consulting operations, then as president and CEO of Mandator, Cell Network and of Observer/Cision. Since 2008 he has worked as an advisor to market-listed companies and private equity companies. Niklas Flyborg has also been involved in the launch of several enterprises and is on the board of, among others, TC Connect AB and Cloud Nine AB. Niklas was born in 1962 and has a degree in economics and business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

The acting president and CEO is Petteri Puhakka, who will continue in this role until Niklas Flyborg takes up his position. Petteri Puhakka will then return to his role as president of Cybercom Finland.
