LogRhythm Achieves Record Sales and Customer Growth in Q4 2011

New Threat Landscape Accelerates Adoption of Next Generation SIEM and Advanced Cyber Threat Defense, Detection and Response

BOULDER, Colo.--()--LogRhythm, the leader in log management and SIEM 2.0, today announced record growth in sales, new customers and channel expansion in 2011, driven by increased demand for its security intelligence platform in what experts have called a “frightening threat landscape”1 of Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) and other sophisticated attacks.

LogRhythm’s momentum continued in the fourth quarter of 2011 with sales of LogRhythm’s SIEM 2.0 platform increasing 75 percent over the same period in 2010. Additionally, new customer expansion continued at an unprecedented rate in the fourth quarter as LogRhythm’s customer base exceeded 700 organizations, with exceptionally strong growth in financial services, government, healthcare, retail and utilities markets.

“As the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world, handling credit card data securely and in compliance with PCI DSS is a must. I have no doubt that LogRhythm will help us stay in compliance and change the way we handle log and security requirements going forward,” said Jeff Carnes, Network Manager for NPC International. “From the LogRhythm account team to the technical staff, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism they displayed. The ability of the engineers to design around our challenging environment was impressive, to say the least.”

LogRhythm’s global partner network also expanded to more than 150 resellers and managed service providers, and the company’s log management and SIEM 2.0 solution was selected as the Computing Security and Network Computing Magazines’ Solution of the Year for 2011.

“The market is responding to the new threat landscape by demanding new levels of enterprise-wide visibility, intelligence and response capabilities to deal with these sophisticated attacks,” said Andy Grolnick, president and CEO of LogRhythm. “Our SIEM 2.0 security intelligence platform uniquely addresses these requirements and is setting the new standard for cyber threat defense, detection and response. Further fueled by a market-wide increase in demand for next generation security solutions, LogRhythm is very well positioned for robust growth and continued success through 2012 and beyond.”
