TOKYO & MILFORD, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yamatake Corporation (Tokyo:6845) and Degree Controls, Inc., (DegreeC), a privately held company based in Milford, NH, today announced that Yamatake has acquired a minority stake in DegreeC in an all-cash transaction for $2.5 million.

AdaptivCOOL offers solutions for saving energy and eliminating hotspots in data centers.
