Skanska USA has been awarded a contract worth USD 60 M, about SEK 390 M, to provide construction management services for renovations at the Spring House site, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The client is Janssen Research & Development, LLC and the order will be included in the bookings for Skanska USA Building for the fourth quarter 2011.
The project will renovate 16,700 square meters of five buildings. Skanska’s work on the project includes remodeling laboratory spaces and administration offices.
Skanska first began renovations to the Spring House facilities in 2004. Construction is to be completed by December 2012.
