Merrill Lynch Announces Delisting of S&P 500® MITTS® Securities From NASDAQ

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--()--Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation, today announced that it has notified NASDAQ Stock Market LLC of its intent to delist its S&P 500® Market Index Target-Term Securities® due August 31, 2011.

The securities were paid in full at maturity and will not be listed on another national securities exchange or quoted in any other quotation medium. Merrill Lynch intends to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission a Form 25 (Notification of Removal from Listing and/or Registration under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934).
