PHILADELPHIA, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizens Holding Company (NASDAQ: CIZN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share payable December 30, 2011, to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2011.
“Today I am announcing our fourth quarter 2011 dividend of $0.22 per share,” said Greg L. McKee, President and Chief Executive Officer. “This brings our total dividends for 2011 to $0.88, an increase of 3.5% over the dividends paid in 2010.”
