SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fusion-io, Inc. (NYSE:FIO) announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") for a proposed public offering of shares of its common stock. Fusion-io is proposing to sell approximately $100 million of its shares. The remaining shares will be sold by existing stockholders, including any shares issued to the underwriters to cover over-allotments.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as lead joint book-runners for the proposed offering, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-runners.
