ConceptWave Order Care® and Rapid CRM Achieve TM Forum Frameworx Conformance

ConceptWave’s Order Care® and Rapid CRM have been certified conformant for Information Framework (SID) Release 9.0 Domains/Aggregate Business Entities and Business Process Framework (eTOM) Release 8.0 processes. The Information Framework certified include: Common Business Entity, Customer, Product, Service and Resource. The Business Process Framework processes certified include CRM Support & Readiness, Customer Interface Management, Selling, Order Handling, Service Configuration & Activation, Product & Offer Development & Retirement, Service Development & Retirement Process Mapping, and Resource Development & Retirement Process Mapping.
