LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MEGA customer, The Co-operative Banking Group, winner of the recent British Quality Foundation (BQF) Awards for process improvement, has been named a finalist for the North of England Excellence Awards.
The Group was chosen as a finalist based on its accomplishments in improving customer services, increasing revenues, and reducing costs. It is nominated in the innovation specialist category, which recognizes companies from the North of England for their exceptional innovation and great success. The winner will be announced November 10 at a ceremony in Manchester.
The Co-Operative Banking Group chose the MEGA Suite for the program that focused on process analysis and improvement as a means to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
