Annika Bäremo has been appointed new General Counsel and Head of Group Legal Affairs at defence and security company Saab AB (STO:SAABB). She will be assuming the position on 1 February 2012 and will join the Group Management.
Annika Bäremo is presently Senior Legal Advisor at Sandvik AB’s business area Sandvik Materials Technology, and she succeeds Anne Gynnerstedt, who is assuming position as Head of Legal Affairs at Vattenfall AB. Annika Bäremo is 46 years and LLB.

Annika Bäremo started at Sandvik in 2000. Before joining Sandvik she worked at law firms Nordia and Michelson & Werner as well as serving as Associate Judge of Appeal at Svea Court.
