The FSCCR conference will focus on tough challenges that lenders/creditors, collection agencies and debt buyers are currently battling. Miller, a noted expert in collection analytics and decisioning, will be sharing his expertise on post-crisis collections optimization, while addressing timely issues such as ensuring regulatory compliance and improving contact rates.

Miller has more than 20 years of consumer risk management and analytic experience.
