Hilton HHonors Announces Three Additional Room Rewards

New Rewards Allow Members to Redeem Points for Any Room, Anywhere, Anytime

MCLEAN, Va.--()--Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide’s 10 distinct hotel brands, has unveiled three new ways for its members to redeem points for free reward stays at most of the 3,750 hotels worldwide. No other hotel loyalty program has more reward options for members to use their points to book a room. In addition to receiving the same exclusive program benefits of “Points & Miles” and “No Blackout Dates,” the new reward products include:

  • Points & Money Rewards: Members can combine points with money to book a standard room. This is a great option for HHonors members who have not yet accumulated enough points for a free stay or prefer to save points for future free stays.
  • Premium Room Rewards: For the first time, HHonors members can use their points to book premium rooms and suites at hotels worldwide, with no blackout dates. This new reward option opens up more than 200,000 additional rooms and suites that were previously unavailable for point redemption. Members who select this reward option have more available rooms to choose from and can now stay in the portfolio’s most spacious and luxurious rooms and suites.
  • Room Upgrade Rewards: HHonors points can also now be used to upgrade on an existing reservation to a premium room or suite at hotels worldwide, with no blackout dates.

“We pride ourselves on having a deep knowledge of our guests’ needs, which helps us continue to improve the products and services we offer them,” said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, global customer marketing, Hilton Worldwide. “These new reward offerings were implemented based on guest feedback for even more flexibility and now provide members with more choices to redeem their points for any available room, anywhere, anytime - ultimately giving them new ways to share experiences with their friends and families.”

In addition to the three new reward products, Hilton HHonors members can continue to redeem their points to enjoy free standard rooms at the more than 3,750 hotels worldwide with no blackout dates. There have been no changes to the Standard Room Rewards product, allowing members to continue to redeem standard rooms for as few as 7,500 points per night at category one hotels and up to 80,000 points per night at select Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts.

The three new HHonors room rewards are currently available at most of the 3,750 properties in the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands. The availability and number of points required to redeem the new reward options varies by room, hotel and booking date. Reservations can be made by clicking Reward Stays at HHonors.com, which now features enhanced functionality, or by calling 1-800-HHONORS (1-800-446-6677) in the U.S. or 1-800-HHILTONS (1-800-445-8667) outside the U.S. Visit the HHonors Terms and Conditions page for full details.
