ISI Translation Services Launches New Website

Creates Hub for Sharing Insights, Tips and Tools to Help Companies Use Successful Cross-Cultural Communication to Expand Audience, Boost Business

ATA Annual Conference - Boston

LOS ANGELES--()--Continuing to increase the company’s profile online, ISI Translation Services (www.ISItrans.com) today launched its new website, which will serve as a hub for those who want to learn more about the company and about language in general, and as a gateway for clients who use ISI’s online project management portal to manage their projects from start to finish online.

Along with information about the company’s services and industry expertise, ISI is launching a new blog and has created a section for sharing tips, tools and other resources. The goal is to help companies get the most out of their translations, understand how to communicate within different cultures, learn how to prep documents and certain types of files for translation, and much more.

In a year that saw the company increase revenue by 60 percent, expand staff, move to larger offices and extend its client roster, ISI’s new website is one more way the company is proactively hoping to engage people in conversation about language and culture.

One of ISI’s goals is to regularly share news and insights that help companies in any industry comply with translation requirements and use language to expand their businesses. To that end, ISI founder and president, George Rimalower, has begun contributing columns to AOL Noticias. In addition, Rimalower and VP of client relations Michael Bearden have been featured in publications like MediaPost, Healthcare Times, American Banker, Mortgage Banking and more. ISI also regularly shares insights via its Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/ISITranslations).

“We study and immerse ourselves in the culture of language, and we just can’t help but share some of the interesting nuggets we find,” said George Rimalower, ISI president. “We want to create a hub for people who want to talk about language and culture. If there’s anything a visitor wants to know about translation or localization, or about a particular language or culture, we want to help.”

For current clients, the new website will link to ISI’s project management portal, FLOW. The portal offers clients an easy and convenient way to manage one or multiple translation projects from start to finish online, with real-time status updates, document repository, bank-level security and access to detailed analytics.
