BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Resource Environmental Solutions, L.L.C. (RES) has been awarded a subcontract to supply and implement ecological restoration activities for the National Park Service throughout the Eastern United States. WESTON Solutions, Inc. was awarded a base Indefinite Duration Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to deliver revegetation and restoration planning, design, implementation and monitoring services. The IDIQ contract is for $20 million, which may be realized in a single year, or spread out over the life of the contract including all four option years. RES, as a subcontractor to WESTON, will control invasive species, deliver revegetation and ecological restoration services, and source and plant appropriate native species. Work for this contract may be performed for units of the Department of the Interior, United States Forest Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
