U.S. Silver Receives Approval to Graduate to the TSX

TORONTO--()--U.S. Silver Corporation (TSX: USA, US OTCQX: USSIF, Frankfurt: QE2) (“US Silver” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to list its common shares and warrants on the TSX as an exempt mining issuer, graduating from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"). The common shares and warrants of US Silver will commence trading on the TSX at the opening of market today, Monday October 3, 2011, under its existing trading symbols, being "USA" and “USA:WT”, respectively.

Concurrent with the TSX listing, the common shares and warrants will be delisted from the TSXV.
