With the addition in the Asia/Pacific office, IDC Retail Insights extends its global coverage to offer retail companies the most comprehensive business technology and application advice in the market today.
Kumar Goursundar Das been hired as a Research Manager to provide advisory support to retail end-user organizations and technology vendors, and manage IDC Retail Insights' research program for the Asia/Pacific region. Prior to joining IDC Retail Insights, Kumar worked with Tesco HSC as an Assistant Manager in Space Range and Merchandising for Tesco's UK & Ireland business, Symphony Technology Group as an Associate Manager for U.S. CPG and Retail. He has also worked extensively on outsourcing and transitioning of insights, reporting, and analytical work to Indian operations. Kumar will contribute to the IDC Retail Insights blog in the IDC Retail Insights Community.
