Mazda goes live with Sword Apak in Benelux

LONDON--()--Mazda has gone live with Sword Apak’s global Wholesale Floorplanning Solution (WFS) in the Benelux region. The latest implementation follows previous successful system roll outs for Mazda in Switzerland and the UK.

Mazda dealers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg can now access their accounts online using Sword Apak’s web based system, which was rapidly deployed in just five weeks. The supplier’s notable achievement drew high praise from Jeff Guyton, President and CEO of Mazda Europe who commented: “Sword Apak has shown itself to be a great partner for Mazda, not only meeting our business needs, but also showing itself to be a strong member of the Mazda team”. Guyton added. “It is always a pleasure to work with partners who share the same values as Mazda: a determination to deliver high-quality work at high speed, to build strong and long-lasting relationships and to challenge the status quo and traditional beliefs about what is possible. It seems that these things are important to both Mazda and Sword Apak and I are very confident that our future relationship will benefit from them”.

Tony Allen, CEO for Sword Apak further commented: “Sword Apak takes great pride in its assurance and delivery of ‘speed to value’ for all our customers, so we are of course delighted to have delivered on our promise for Mazda, with the addition of Benelux in just 5 weeks. We now look forward to continue building our relationship with Mazda by supporting its multi-country requirements and ambitions for European growth”.

WFSv6 has been developed on the J2EE platform for fast deployment and uses SOA web services for easy integration with Mazda’s business and technical infrastructure. The system has been designed to be implemented on a global scale across different accounting, legal and tax jurisdictions in multiple languages and currencies.
