GUANGZHOU, China--()--The second Halter Financial Summit "2012, the End or the Beginning?" will be held in Guangzhou from December 10th to 12th. It is an industry event gathering financial and economic elites all over the world.

The honorable Jimmy Carter, the 39th President of the United States of America, and the Rt. Hon. Gordon Brown, MP, 2007-2010 Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, have confirmed their attendance to the summit, who joined by other great minds will unveil the blueprint of the global capital market. Around 100 selected companies, over 400 executives from prominent Chinese companies and over 300 global institutional investors will gather at this annual event of the global financial community, making it an excellent communications platform between Chinese enterprises and the global market.

2011 Halter Financial Summit Kick-off Conference was held in Guangzhou on September 15th. The Summit with the theme of "2012, the End or the Beginning?" is co-hosted by Halter Financial Group and CPAFFC, and organized by Guangdong Council for the Development Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises.

The two-day Halter Financial Summit consists of a main forum and several sub-forums. The sub-forums at the 2011 Halter Financial Summit will be hosted by world-renowned stock exchanges, accounting firms, law firms and financial institutions. Global financial experts will address the specific issues faced by the summit attendees in investment, financing and management.

The summit will also launch Company Presentations & One-on-One Meetings designed to facilitate the communication between global institutional investors and Chinese enterprises. This year’s Company Presentations & One-on-one Meetings will be presented on November 12th, with a scientific matching system designed to maximize the efficiency and chance of success for the participating enterprises and institutional investors.
