SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT®) (NASDAQ:IDTI), the Analog and Digital Company™ delivering essential mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, today announced that it will be demonstrating its industry-leading products at the 2011 Intel® Developer Forum from September 13-15. IDT will be exhibiting select products that power, connect, and support Intel-based products and systems, including PCI Express (PCIe®), Signal Integrity, RapidIO, DisplayPort, Audio, and Power Management solutions.
Among the interconnect solutions on display, IDT will be demonstrating its latest high-performance PCIe switches alongside the industry’s first PCIe 3.0 signal-conditioning re-timers, targeted at enterprise computing, storage and communications applications. Furthermore, IDT will showcase the industry’s first PCI Express Gen2 to Serial RapidIO Gen2 protocol conversion bridge – a breakthrough device that extends scalable RapidIO-enabled peer-to-peer multiprocessor clusters to the x86 processor environment.
IDT will also be exhibiting audio solutions for Intel Ultrabook, and other netbook and tablet designs. The 92HD9x is the world’s first family of high-definition PC audio codecs to feature the DDX™-based class-D modulation. This highly efficient 3-state modulation technique extends battery life, eliminates pops and clicks, and reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) in notebook and desktop audio systems. The ACS42200 family includes a low-power, high-fidelity codec integrated with four programmable system PLLs for internal and external timing, a DDX class-D speaker amplifier, a true cap-less headphone amplifier, and advanced built-in audio processing capability for 3D, bass and treble enhancement. These new devices save valuable board space, cost, and improve time-to-market in portable applications.
In addition to IDT’s latest power management offerings supporting both chip and system level power requirements on exhibit, will be select products from IDT’s broad portfolio of video and display interconnect solutions, including ViewXpand™ multi-monitor controllers and Embedded DisplayPort products.
The Intel Developer Forum will be held at the Moscone West Center in San Francisco, CA from September 13-15. IDT will be located in booths 719 and 724.
