The session will also discuss improvements on its fleet utilization, freight administration, vehicle loads and other processes that have provided better financial, operational and environmental results.

JDA business development director Affonso Leme and business manager Roberto Cannavan will present “S&OP and Resource Optimization in a Growing Demand Environment” on Monday, September 12, at 12:30 p.m. This session will offer sales and operations planning (S&OP) best practices to improve the use of the existing company assets and delay or reduce the necessity of new investments. The Brazilian economy presents many operational challenges, creating production, transportation, and inventory management and distribution issues.
