TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ontario, Canada is helping Bluewater Biochemicals Inc. to establish the world’s first commercial biosuccinic acid plant in Sarnia.
With support from the province, Bluewater Biochemicals will produce clean biochemicals to replace more costly chemicals and petrochemicals that are used in a variety of industries, including automotive parts, road and runway de-icers, consumer packaging, and cosmetics.
Biochemicals and biosuccinic are far better than traditional types of chemicals, as they cost less to make, have a much lower impact on the environment, and are sustainable.
