(NYSE:RLD), a leading global licensor of 3D technologies, and Beijing SAGA Luxury Cinema Management Co., Ltd., a deluxe Chinese theatre chain, announced today an agreement to equip 100 auditoriums across the SAGA circuit with RealD 3D technology. Installations have already begun with plans to install RealD 3D technology at all current SAGA theatre locations. SAGA also intends to install RealD 3D technology at its future theatre locations and has announced plans to open 20 theatres around the country within 3 years.
