TORRANCE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alcoa Fastening Systems (AFS) announces that it has signed an amendment to its current Torx Plus® drive license agreement with Acument® Global Technologies, Inc. (Acument), one of the world’s leading providers of mechanical fastening systems. This amendment extends the territory of the original patent license agreement to allow manufacturing in the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
