Overture Networks’ Arthur Bergens Wins Triangle Business Journal’s “CFO of the Year” Award

In recognition of outstanding leadership and fiscal management for a Large Private Company

Recipients of the business publication’s annual awards are recognized for outstanding fiscal stewardship and community service during a 12-month period. Mr. Bergens was named top performing CFO for a large private company.

Arthur Bergens has built a record of innovative and conscientious financial leadership stretching nearly a quarter of a century. During his tenure at Overture, he aided the company in expanding its worldwide footprint, and helped to manage its recent successful merger with fellow Carrier Ethernet market leader, Hatteras Networks. Prior to joining Overture, he held executive positions with a number of private and public companies in various technology industries. In 2009, he was named a Top CFO by Business Leader Media. Mr. Bergens holds an MBA from Campbell University, a BS in accounting from the University of New Orleans, and is licensed as a certified public accountant in both Louisiana and North Carolina.
