NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brand Matter, LLC, owner of the Caribbean Joe brand, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive long term licensing agreement with Bernette Textile Company for Caribbean Joe branded men’s and boy’s sportswear, including knits, wovens, sweaters and casual bottoms, activewear and outerwear. Bernette has hired the core sales and design team from the former licensee and will begin immediately to work with the current retail customers on all future business. They will focus on Caribbean Joe’s present retail distribution of Department and Specialty Stores in the United States.
