RTI becomes SITRONICS’ shareholder
MOSCOW, Russia – July 15, 2011 – JSC SITRONICS (SITRONICS or the Company) (LSE: SITR), a leading provider of telecommunications, IT and microelectronics solutions in Russia and the CIS, today announces that OJSC RTI has purchased SITRONICS’ stake of 63.074% from JSFC Sistema. As a result of the deal, OJSC RTI has become the controlling shareholder of the Company with the ownership of 63.074%.
